- FuarExhibitors’ Handbook that gives detailed information related to fair
- Welcome Meeting / Party
- Being part of fair catalogue that will be published in two language (Turkish, English).
- BirOne free fair catalogue

The Private services that are included in the price of Option 2:
- Standard fair stand with back and side walls
- Carpet
- 3 chair and 1 table
- 1 100 W spot light for each m2
- 1 socket with 220 V, 50 Hz, 2 kW capacity (The consumed energy fee will be calculated differently for each stand and will be taken from the participant.)
- Upper label with the name of the participant company

Other service options (these services will be charged exclusively):
- Shipping supply for the equipments that will be exhibited.
- Transportation and Accomodation arrangements
- Additional stand equipment
- Translation and the stand personel services
- Written Translation, publishing and Office services
- Promotion and gift equipments service

The additional services that are not included in the participant fee will be calculated additionally
and for the equipment and service orders of participant, the invoice will be calculated.
